Jorge Pinilla Cogollo J.D.
Dr. Pinilla, lawyer and economist from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, is the founder of the firm. He is one of the most experienced litigation attorneys in Colombia, with over 35 years of practice at the Supreme Court of Justice, the constitutional jurisdiction and the administrative jurisdiction.
His legal practice is focused on civil law, commercial law, agrarian law and administrative law.He represents multiple companies and corporations of great reputation in Colombia, where his outstanding litigation skills have allowed clients to get favorable decisions. He has also been a Columnist for Colombian newspapers such as “El Espectador” and “La Republica”.

Mr. Pinilla is a lawyer from Universidad Javeriana in Colombia, who holds a Master’s degree in Law and a Specialization in Business Law from the University of California at Berkeley, as well as a Specialization in Tech Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia. He is also certified as Mediator by the Center of Arbitration and Mediation of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogota.
He has assessed in the formulation, follow-up and implementation of projects in justice and technology. Furthermore, he has legally assessed corporations in both Colombia and the United States and has actively litigated in Colombia. His interests are focused on the intersection between law and technology, human centered design, AI, corporate law, privacy, innovation and access to justice. He is a member of the Colombian Association of Legal Tech (Alt+Co).
